How do I return an item?

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible!

Can I make exchanges?

We’re unable to offer exchanges at this time, as each item is custom made just for you.
